However, the weird thing about my case is that my I-131, and I-765 are still pending approval! please I need to know what steps to take from here y'all!

you don't need 131 n 765 when 485 has been approved, 485 trumps the other two

congrats!! when was your i-140 approved? before or after you submitted the i485?

@Kuks Adam, yes I did my medicals, and submitted it together with my I-485.

@A G, Thanks so much. I received notice for my I-140 in January 26/2022, and approval notice in May 03/2022, which is about 98 days

@ A G, I-140 was first approved in my case, then I went on to submit I-485. I actually filed nonconcurrently.

@josh Ayo, Thanks bro! I'm losing sleep already. Super joyful mode. So, I first received a notification in November 16 that new card is being produced, and later tonight, it changed to case Approved. it's been super different feelings since yesterday bro!

In a day or two your 131 & 765 will say “case closed benefits received by other means.” For me the same day 485j also changed to approved. Got the approval this past Saturday and all this happens in between along with card mailed, today card picked up by USPS with a tracking number. Enjoy…!!!!

@O T, I never had e degree in IT at all, I had only been exposed to IT via training and certifications. In my NIW application, I showed evidence of the breakthrough I've had in IT with my employer, and I showed research work done in Supply chain, and Business Analytics. However, I did submit an alternative to publication in my case though...

Joseph, I haven’t received the notice itself. The message on my USCIS online account changed to card being produced this past Saturday on the 12th. Nov 15th - case approved Nov 16th - card was mailed Nov 17th - card picked up by USPS and the tracking number. Package delivery on USPS site shows to be on Monday, Nov 21st. Again, no mail notices received yet. All these changes reflected on my USCIS online account as well as this portal.

@Mona thank you so much. Interestingly, I did this filing all by myself without the help of an attorney. It took me 10 months to put my I-140 cover page together, lol. Funny enough, I started thinking out of the box a little bit on how to go around filing even though I had no single publications. I have already documented the steps that I followed and the alternative that I mentioned earlier in my personal archive. It's quite a few action steps to take in improve your prior projects/research or course work. If you want to dm for further guidance and help, I will be happy to help.
