I have two case I married à us citizen and I have my asylum case both at UScis but I receive both notices and now I receive biometric schedule before the mariage biometric so I don’t know if I have to withdraw or just wait for both

@S Ka, I've been married for 3 years, me and my wife have a child. So it wasn't really an interview. We were in and out, just the yes or no questions. The reason I didn't get approved on the spot because of I-94 travel history that the officer couldn't access that day.

Found your post and the timeline was same. Congratulations Jay Jean, I have a similar case but based for employment EB-3 and Asylum pending so, I heard that we can’t adjust status because we don’t have legal status while you waiting for Asylum interview. However, you could get green card. I filled Asylum on March 2017 and filled EB-3 on December 2018. I still waiting.

how to know when you’re Asylum is withdrawn ?

My lawyer said, she wrote them a letter, but two weeks ago the USCIS sent me letter saying that they saw I have my GC so they gonna withdraw my asylum.

I have a pending asylum. I applied for 485 application adjustment of status based on NIW 140. My 485 was transferred to the asylum office. I don’t know why they did that? asylum office can’t adjudicate 485z … do I need to withdraw my asylum so the 485 can be approved? need help.
