@lucky my attorney passed away last year during the COVID and this year on my birthday June 2 I saw the notification that my case is reviewing and I got a later to send new medical

whaoooo that's a very long time, am in the same shoe, had only one interview 2018, and nothing happened since then. am now on 4th ead and each time I called they keep telling me, my case can not be adjudicated until the necessary background checks are completed. wonder the kind of background check for almost 3 years.

they send me intent to denial and my lawyer response and I waited for 1 year and six month

I never recieved anything from them even RFE. its going to be 4 years by Nov.

it was quick, my wife was nervous after she missed the question about were we lived before our current address and she couldn't remember our sponsor. It was an old church member she didn't get a chance to meet yet. i explained to the officer but i guess she wasn't impressed. i am F1 student, never been out of status.

when was your first interview and were you separated during the interview

first was in january 26st, we were together.
