I've seen alot of people with that same problem. contact the post office and contact USCIS and make sure that your address is correct

i think the mail man did not come to my house and this is why they do anytime the did not do their job. will go to post office tomorrow morning

Had the same issue yesterday evening my card was not delivered due to incomplete address so I was planning to go to the post office today and just before I left the house the mail man came and knocked on my door and handed me my card.

@Cicy P or anyone who can answer when the it say new card produce, what happens next and how do you get the tracking number for track the card coming to your house

@ms f next should be; Case was approved Card was mailed Card was picked up by USPS and this is the point they'll provide a tracking number and all this will happen on your online account

if you have a lawyer let them know if not Contact Uscis immediately

Were you able to get your GC from the post office? Mine was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it was not there

yea, go to post office first thing Tomorrow morning, as early as possible. also make sure you call usps customer care representative that you will be picking it up your self at their office so that dey mail man will not pick up again or it will not be send back to uscis.

Ok, thanks. Fingers crossed. Update: I called this morning and they delivered it in the afternoon. Phew.
