Card is being produced from expedite request
PD is July 14, 2021. FO is Greer, SC. My I-484 is at RFE is received. I initially tried to expedite through congressman on Jan 20. I got an email on Jan 30 to wait that my case is still being reviewed and I should try to expedite again in 60 days. I decided to expedite again through Emma on Feb 24. I got an email on March 3 to fax my evidence. I sent a cover letter, all the bills I found in my house. My wife and my credit card bill, my wife's surgery bill, surgery gruesome photos and loan bill of about $27,000. I faxed these documents on March 4 through UPS. I chatted with Emma on March 4 and March 7 to know if they got my faxed documents. Emma told me those documents do not show on my profile, so they have no access to it. I decided to chat with Emma on March 10 to ask about expedite status. Emma then submitted a request for me to be contacted by a Tier 2 officer in 72 hours. There was no call from USCIS on March 11, 14 and 15. Instead, I received an email notification that card is being produced today, March 15. I am so excited. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

@Mat James, congrats on being able to expedite your case. Just curious, are you the principal applicant? if so, was your spouse EAD expedited too?

@Mat James, Ok cool. Please how do I go about expediting through Emma. I hear some say you should call and I hear some others say you should just fill out a request form and Emma will handle the rest. I am slightly confused.

@Tochi, you can do any. I did through Emma because it was faster. Go to USCIS.gov and you will see Emma. type expedite or live agent and you will get in touch with a live agent. Tell the live agent you wish to expedite. know the criteria you qualify for and the reason you qualify for such criteria. Hope this helps

how did you get to the tier 2 officer? pd 09/2021 I have done 4 expedited and through congressman and nothing..
