Nov 27, 2023: USCIS temporarily paused work on my application because an immigrant visa number was not immediately available to me.

@Josh B I went to the same civil surgeon. USCIS had released a new medical form by then so we had to refill the form. I only paid for the lab tests.

Congrats. Did you do premium processing for I-140 (employment application). Your i-140 was apporved very fast .

@Kun A Yea, some even got their approvals faster. I think the priority date was current at the time. I didn’t do anything special
