Can we go on our 3 weeks vacation
can we go on our planned vacation to the US while waiting for an interview date? we got our I-130 approved faster than we thought - now we are waiting for NVC and interview date. we have approved ESTAs. really want our summer vacation in Florida. 🙏

@Hunter Bianca You may seek legal advice. Remember even if you have ESTAs that does not warranty legal entry because they see your applications process. CBP is on their toes now days they mean business.they may ask you several questions at the port of entry.

I have travelled 6 times the last year. only 2 weeks at the time... I have my house and job still, and return tickets. I just wonder if an approval on our cases change anything? I my eyes that would be even a better guarantee for me to go home in time...

if you're approved and your pd is current then call the embassy give them details or whatever they ask for and then they'll schedule the interview date for you.
