@irene now you have to wait to receive the NVC welcome letter that will explain you what to do next. After you pay their fees and upload the documents asked you will wait like 3 or 4 months for the documents to be approved. Only after that they will send your daughter application to the embassy closed to your daughter location. Then they will call her for an interview when it will be her turn.
