can i730 beneficiary apply for work permit if present in US?? Biometrics are done and but it just shows that fees were waived. it’s taking a lot of time now.

I received my work permit after two months being in USA as benefit of I-730 you have to wait you already applied in the ambassy back home

I get my work permit after the interview in ambassy when I came to us 2 months later I just got one interview in the ambassy back home Djibouti

I took fingerprints in February as well, but still show fees are waived. Is it normal?

@charko abdi hey bro I'm in outside usa and I finished my interview for my 1-730 case and medicals but I haven't heard from the embassy for 8 weeks now
