can early filer file (3 years GC, marriage to a US citizen ) N400 online?
hello all, can 3 year GC holder(marriage to a US citizen) file N400 online? according to the website, only 5 years GC holder can file online and it does not mention the early filers. Emma was not able to answer this either. please share your experience. thanks! #n400

if you are married with a Us citizen and have your GC for 3 years you can apply for citizen

yesss , everyone in the comments are correct ! you can file N400 after 3 years married to a US citizen , if you have a GC .

you can file N400 if your are married to a US citizen and still in that marriage. if you are divorced you would not be qualified. Good luck 🍀

@Rachel Good Emma is useless and people responding to you on it are for most of them just messing with you…. misleading information and lies…
from my experience you get answers only by calling uscis.
during the online filling it asks if you’re married or not and calculate if you’re eligible or not (3 years if married or 5 years if not)
