My work permit was approved yesterday after waiting 1 year and 3 months since I applied. I had my interview for the I-485 and I-130 on June 11th, and now I'm just waiting for a decision.

I been waiting for mine for about 8 months now

people say if your work permit doesn’t approve and it’s out of normal processing times, they file a writ of mandanous.

yo estoy igual @Juan llevo 8 meses esperando mi permiso expiro have 3 meses llevo esperando 21 messs para aprovacion de mi residencia y nada esto no habansa

I filed my on March 18 , 2026 and did biometrics on April 28,2026 still waiting on a response
