birth certificate
My mother is born in the year 1954. she is from India and the district administration do not have her birth record in their system.
she has her school passing certificate with birth date and place of birth. But we are not able to get the birth certificate.
Can anyone please guide what to do and what all other documents we need?

u can get non availability of birth certificate from ur birth place

reach out to Indian consulate in US, they will provide the DOB certificate based on your mothers passport
