I think as long as it is readable, original and legit there shouldn’t be any problem.

try your best to get the new one. and if it is not here then you have no choice but to submit the one you have.

yeah that’s exactly what I told my husband we literally waste 2 months in this process and now we’re just going to make the decision to submit the old one if we don’t get with time but thank you so much

They rejected mine from 2011 then I’ve requested a new one in 2020

what country birth certificate? My husband use his Old US birth certificate from 1979 and it was expected

he was born here in New York
