@MK SP Open a service request for “Document/Notice not received” Explain that live agent tried to make one but couldn’t. also state your dependent got their appointment already. They should reply back with an appointment letter or state if they are reusing your old biometrics.

I read somewhere that applicant can appear together if they have different dates

@Mo Sam they can as long as they both have appointments letters, even if they are on different dates. Without appointment letter, they won’t be able to do both together.

mine is filed at national benefits center and the local ASC center is Seattle

@ : I tried to reach out to Live Agent and every time the response is I am not yet up for scheduling, I will be notified once scheduled.

@MK SP same here I also submitted non delivered notice per my attorney’s advice and it didn’t help

@ So you used the “Case outside normal processing time” option in USCIS portal to submit the non delivery notice? Did they respond back or they didn’t respond?- you mentioned it didn’t help so was trying to understand… some people suggested me to reach out to local congressman and at times it helps.
