after biometrics it would go to say case is being actively reviewed mine said that i dont know about other peoples own

I just did my biometrics and changed immediately to case it’s being review

month and a half

My two daughters did biometric on 02/09/22 till now no update. Last update for 1 was July 2021 and the other was august 2021. only my first daughter update few minutes after biometric to case actively being reviewed. Don’t know why it this way for my kids. Called got tired of been told same thing over and over again and they keep scheduling a tier 2 officer to give us a call. The calls from them yeild no results

i did mine February 1,2022 and Cade changed immediately to case is benign reviewd February 3,2022 I was scheduled for my interview and I have my interview next month March

as per uscis agent not everything is updated . sometimes it could simply say case is being actively reviewed

g n I guess so. cause two of my girl didn’t get update biometric was scheduled, only got the mail in our mail box of the biometric

it’s been 3 months my biometrics completed 485 not updated yet, checked with USCIS they said it’s applied.

They took my fingerprints on November, and there is no update, it only says “case received” it has been 4 months already and nothing

@Shruthi S, yes I did receive my EAD and AP on Feb8th. after expedite request.

@Shruthi S no, I send my I-485 on may, and I send my I-765 on November and nothing yet

in case tracker app it’s showing initial evidence required or form I-130 but my lawyer says he didn’t receive any information from usics and the date to submit initial is over so wat should I do .

I have received prima facia determination for my I-130 is it good or bad for my case.and they said initial evidence required but advocate have not received any information.
