BIA PENDING
here is my case, asylum denied with appeal pending with the BIA, I married us citizen and I have I-130 pending. Motion pending to reopen and closed the order of deportation. anyone with something similar???.

you can terminate ur proceedings after 130 gets approved or you can file 485 with judge.

i have a deportation order and a pending i-130 since 06/13/2022. sc Potomac to CA . Howlong will it take for approval to come in? we have a daughter together
