NY field office. I didn’t get a lot of questions just basics . like did I meet any of my husbands family if so who. does he have kids how old, what’s my age. do I have kids . and if I ever been arrested etc where do I live . rest of my interview we talked about lots of other stuff like food and based on my culture it was great. but everyone’s interview would be different. we prepared for the worst interview just in case . was a great surprise how it went plus that officer 👮‍♀️ is familiar with the country where am from he’s pretty nice . also I have an attorney. better than not having anyone at all she did an amazing job on our case 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I wanted to know did you reschedule interview or uscis did ?

yeah for me waiting for interview since august

now got approval of ead and AP so thinking to visit my family but not sure if AP really works for people or getting trouble to enter back

and I will go and get interview then may be I need to reschedule it

I was surprised how quickly I got my EAD then couple days later my interview was scheduled I was shocked cause I thought it would be like a year or so. but grateful this is done for now.

congrat! wonder if it’s the same officer. Im NYC FO as well on the 7th floor. The officer was Asian American. we talk about my country, how was the property law for foreiner to aqquire a house, covid, etc and none related to a relationship stuff except the questions from the form I-485 form. He said I should expect gc within 2-4 weeks but no status update on the website yet. How long did it take for your to get the update on your status from interview was scheduled to approved/new card is being produce?

@w KR could be the same officer . I was approved on the spot. and everything updated same day on here from approved to new card being produced . he says mine will be about 10 business days. Congrats

yea I don’t think mine was Asian American tho. either way this app can be backwards sometimes long as you know your approved just check informed delivery you’ll see when your GC comes in the mail . also you’ll get a notification here each time there’s an update.

idk my lawyer took care of that but they rescheduled it fast. cause my first interview was October 28 and we rescheduled couple days before it.
