not true. we sent our medical with the package originally 10/22/22 and we were asked for it again a month ago and new biometrics 10 days ago still crickets on I-485 😒

I sent everything together in 2022 but it didn’t help. I was told that they might ask me to resubmit, however I should do so before they ask me. I am very confused about what’s happening!

@Mimi A @Mmmm gggg @bean town guys in 2022 if you submit your medicals had an expiration date so even if i would had submitted medical back them i still have to resubmit

your Lawyer sucks!! that’s craaaaazy! you should’ve sent everything during your initial application. that’s a very long timeline already 😒😒😒 submit your medical asap!!

my attorney did same mistake , did not submit medical and any proof like join bank statement , utility bills . my PD also July 2022. both i485 and i130 pending . location is Brooklyn Fields office.

Search for the correct address on where to send it so u won’t have an RFE. and they can process your case faster. u can also talk to a live agent in USCIS. my husband also hired an immigration lawyer but I didn’t just follow her instructions because I know she wanted to hold my case for a long time. she didn’t help me during my interview and all the other paperwork . never responded to my husband’s inquiries. so sad! what I did was watched a lot of YouTube videos about my case. and it helped 😊
