they sent me an RFE first week of this month, and I responded so waiting for their update

The RFE is on Medical which is good signal and PD is May 10, 2020.

I agree with @harry. We (my wife) also got a medical RFE early October from Baltimore FO. We submitted the RFE (medical) and we got acknowledgement that the RFE was applied to the the case (485, family based married to us citizen). PD is Aug 3rd 2021. We also just had our EAD approved after putting an inquiry that EAD was out of processing time. Hope this helps. We are hopeful but we are also tempering any and every piece of development until we have the AOS approved

all I can say is, my case is at Kendall FO and I live in Baltimore… Recently got an rfe from Kendall Fo for additional evidence and medical

I was told my case was forwarded to Baltimore early this Month that scares me so much due to the processing times at the FO. my PD is Sept 2021. I wondered where the case was for 1 year before forwarding it to my FO

it’s not our fault I swear to be delayed all this time, for a simple process - other cases are getting attention more than us- who filed years before them

my PD is April 16th 2021. did my interview since 22nd dec 2021. still here waiting for decision

yes green card marriage based BFO since 2019

it says case approved- not yet for a card being processed

This is a great news coming out of Baltimore. I saw another persons post that was approved today from Baltimore 😊

yeah I feel they are moving little bit fast now. do you think they will give me the 10 years since I was waiting all this time?
