B2 visa
Anyone have luck applying for a B2 while waiting on I130? My husband is in Australia and I am in Texas. He got sent back, not deported, bc earned money on ESTA. Or do you think an ESTA? or just out of luck on both 🤷🏼♀️

You may have a serious issue on your hands if he was turned back from coming to the United States because they think he earned the money while he was here he has a bar and you may have a waiver he's not gonna get a Visa anytime soon so you need to get a good lawyer start working on a waiver waiver is what will it do to you if your husband does not come to the United States are you sick do you have mental issues stress anxiety from him not coming you need to start preparing your case for a waiver if I am reading what you say correctly

@Loraine Sucki no he didn’t get barred or banned. just can’t qualify for another ESTA.
