B1-B2 visa while I-130 in process
anyone knows if I can apply for b1/b2 visa or F-1 visa while I have I-130 case still in USCIS since October 2021 ?

technically you can, but the chances of being approved are slim to none

You have already demonstrated immigrant intent by the I-130 filed for you so they will most likely deny

yes ..u can apply , but you to have a solid and strong justification to assure them you are coming back...and if you have been in US more than one time and never overstay will grant the visa...like me, I had current petition and was able to obtain the visa.
