like two years but I don't think that issue, if you are here legally you can start anytime, usis take those like two different cases

You can file for eb3, do the labor certification, and file all forms i140, i765 and i485 ( asylum i think is not a good idea apply for i131) and when your i140 it's approved you can ask for your lawyer schedule a interview in a consulte in another country instead yours (because of the asylum)...after interview you get your stamp on your passport and come to US being resident. You can adjust here, but for adjustment you need status, pending asylum dont give any status.

do i have to exit for that no possibility to change with in being states ?

The only way to change here in your condition is married with a citizen.
