same here @K P. mine in 239-031 but still when I check the day by day report just 5 cases approved last week in my block. eventhough they don’t want to open the Oct 2022 applications. still no response of my rfe and SR. just waiting waiting and frustrating

@Eng TX - Congrats. i filed 485 in Jan 2023 and still waiting. it is saying that visa number not available even though priority date is current since Jan. Any idea why would that be? Another question, how come you were sble to raise service request for 485/GC? when i try to raise, it tells me that i can raise request until Oct 2024, even though mine was filed earlier than you.

@K P and @Yas I we all have similar dates in Oct 2022. Very close dates. And what I found only the blocks 031, 034, and 035 they don’t want to look a single application in a day. Just they want to ignore it. And @Yas I is right to see the cases of Dec are going to approve and every day MSC249 blocks they are approving more than 20 cases per day. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ what is the reason the USCIS don’t want to look on October 2022 applications? 😔

@Jay D will need more information regarding your case before I can comment on why that response was received. were you EB2-NIW? what was your priority date etc. is case at NBC? I got the same message as you and then googled “e-request USCIS” and filed one anyway saying outside processing time and explained my case was current in the additional info box. hope that helps!
