Congrats! why did it take so long for approval after interview, when was your interview date?

July 27 2021 I got notice of interview ready to be scheduled , April 2022 my interview was scheduled. my interview was May 24 2022

I got approved on the spot of my Interview

oh wow thats a long wait for an interview, what was your field office? Did you submit your medical with your application or brought it to the interview?

Atlanta field office and yes I summmited with my application

I wish my lawyer had told me to to that, I brought it with me and they said they couldnt approve me at the interview because they needed to scan it and look it over, now Im just waiting. congrats though thats great you got it, thanks for the feedback

When did you receive your EAD?

I got my EAD 2 months after they received my application

I didn’t apply for EAD since I already had work permit under Daca

wow that was fast. 199days here still waiting to get EAD

oh wow thats a long time, my priority date is the date they received my application which was in Feb 2022. What is yours? did you marry a USC?

My PD is November 15 and yes I’m married to a USC. My field office is Atlanta

I heard some cases they dont even send the EAD because the greencard comes first, do you have an interview date yet?

Hopefully this month. Your field office is fast compare to Atlanta. I see people waiting for 12-14month for interview. the wait is too long. I’m tried wanna start working
