@M so @jiya p on the uscis web processing when you type I730 and your date when you submit it will tell you if you can submit email inquiry or they will give you a date my case is march 8 2021 and show the latest i can inquire will be on Dec 2024

I know this when I put my date so they show me you can send the service request inquiry

on the website show submit inquiry or click outside processingtime and when you complete the infos after you submit it will give you a service number but mine show said submit on december

the longest process i can see for I-730 was for 5 yrs after get approved so frustrating hopefully we can get answer soon
