asylum seeker and beneficiary through US citizen husband
Entered legally in US in 2021, i am an asylum seeker interviewed in may 2022, later married to US citizen in Feb 2023 who filed green card for me in March 2023 got my biometrics done and EAD after few months but no update afrer that. Can asylum seeker status, asylum case pending increase my wait period?

im asylum seeker, since 2020. got married to a USC June 2022, submitted my i130 November 2022 and yesterday got my i130,i485 approved

my attorney started the process to withdraw asylum 18 months ago. we haven’t had any response, however my green card was approved 🤷🏽♀️

@sofi g really hard interview, they asked alot of questions because i was an asylum seeker
