been waiting for EAD and green card since December,2024! no updates after fingerprints. expedite request didn’t work and haven’t gotten anything from congressman as well. what year/month did u apply???

@Yeah Cool we are in same boat. i also applied for GC in December, 2024. no updates after fingerprints. Even not a single case approved in my group since December 20, 2025. seems like they fully pause the processings for Assylum based GC.

@carry minati on my mandamus case everything it’s the same the gov ask for an extension and we are waiting adjudication if I get an update I will for sure let you guys know in a post
