I have a question, I just received my C31 EAD today but it doesn't come with an advance parole like my current one. Is that right? Also for my c09 EAD, I have 5years on it but this is only valid for 2years.

@Nov 21 C31 is only approved for 2 years which they assume by then your adjustment of status for green card would have been approved. it doesn’t come as a combo card and lastly not all C09 comes as a combo. Some do and some don’t. So yes it is right and congratulations!

c31 only work permit not Cambo card , in 2 year u will get gc so only 2 yers
