I didn’t expedite my case at all, and checked several times with emma regarding the office, she said it’s still in NBC until I got approved.

Congrats! Andy. This is super processing time! My case was receipted in Apr, 2021 with I-765/131. Biometrics was done in Sep, 2021. It was not updated until 4/29/2022 when it was transferred to NBC and then San Jan Field Office on 5/02/2022. I got the notice (after sending request) this morning, and it says, "Your application is still pending. At this time, we anticipate you should receive a decision or other notice from USCIS within 120 days of this notice." Does anyone know "120 days" is just a standard reply to the request? Do I need to send another request sometime, a week later? Thanks! Wayne
