i believe that they didn’t reply you because the date of inquiry for your case hasn’t been reached yet. the processing ranges from 24 months to 36 months acc. to uscis website. also when we email them we have tell them our case type and receipt number along with pd. my parents contacted the congressman for my uncle’s case and the reply was swift.
