what was your i485 based off of? and how did you do the expedite process for i765, can you please share details on the second question please?

marriage based AOS. I called them to expedite and made sure they wrote the right thing. I expedited based on loss to US company. I kept the expedite reason consistent every time. first time I expedited nothing happened. expedited again, bio was triggered. after bio, expedited again two times and saw case was approved.

you need a letter from the company stating what you do, significance of your work and how you are needed and how without you the business will be at a loss. I had the doc ready but they never asked for it.
