Thanks Ricardo. Yes I am also surprised with faster processing without doing any efforts from my side and hoping all will have same experience going forward. Did you get approval for 485? I heard from my friends experience that once 140 is approved then it takes 2-3 months to see approval for 485.

Rocky R, my I-140 was approved 4/14. 2-3 months to approve the I485 sounds good. I guess it depends on the service center. I'll keep you posted. ✉️

my filing is May 21 all concurrent. i140 485 765 131. Biometrics done June 21. still waiting for i140 approval. Nebraska center EB1C.

Yes mine was concurrently filed 140 and 485, nebraska center EB1C. I don’t know how they are processing but looks like randomly choosing the application.

that's great. Did you also receive a letter to file medical last year October and you submitted?? i received that letter and sent my medical also however no update on status yet.
