Approved I-140 Petition to the NVC
Hello Fam, how long does it take USCIS to send an approved I-140 Petition to the national visa center? Mine was approved yesterday so I just want to know when the NVC will contact me. Thank you.

What kind of your catergory? employment base?
when did you file your case?

@Jamie bread. It’s under EB3 Employment based category. Case was filed on August 5th 2021. Since it’s eb3 I suppose the priority date will be the date the perm was submitted which was in October 23 2020 I think. I’m not sure. I will appreciate your response. Thank you.
