APPROVED GREENCARD AND WAIVED INTERVIEW🎉
(Marriage based) I expedited my work permit twice and got approved. and also expedited my I-485, they never asked for any evidence of our marriage. (except my husband’s taxpapers was filed wrong) And our interview got waived without telling me. please your help, I came on K1 visa been married since one year. had a RFE on October for my husband passport (it was there but they said it was missing). i do not have yet the EAd and please how did you expedite your I-485. when I go online it says I will have interview on 2024.

@ Er richarsson. my case never got updated after I my biometric appointment and they updated to fingerprint was taken in may. after that nothing changed until for two weeks ago when I expedite my I 485. they update to expedite request was received. after that I didn’t heard anything. two weeks after they approved my case and waived my interview. I think I just had lucky

@Daniel T . since I’ve to travel to Europe for a longer time than just a week or so and I’m not comfortable to use my “combocard” for re entry the states after. unfortunately I don’t want to share my reason why I’ve to travel abroad. did you at least got EAD? hope everything’s will goes well for you 🙏
