@victor the only reason i said long time because i havent seen my husband for that long times is rough in America but we did the application online

PD August 22 got approved last Friday. now to NVC . we have to wait for the welcome letter anyone knows how long before we get it?

@Sarah I have been waiting for welcome letter for 5mos now....nothing yet. case is just sitting @ NVC for 5mos

what is your application? was it I-130?

i did I-129F...i have sent like 3 inquiries & called like 3 times

@kevin I think you should call NVC 5 months is way too long I got my welcome letter in a couple of weeks

yes a waited almost 3 hrs on phone, but they tell me everytime that i have to wait for welcome letter

Oh wow give them another month or u can contact uscis to find out if they sent the case because maybe they haven’t transferred it yet

the only information I have is it is @NVC...it has just been sitting there for 5 most because it is waiting on US Embassy in Mexico to request in then i will get welcome letter... that's what they told me but this is redicilous

you should get the welcome letter before the embessy request it!!! after the review all forms then they will send it to embassy and schedule an appointment
