@Vidur singh thank you! yes, it was perm based with the PD being Jul 2023 (ROW)

@Moka S awesome! was your i140 and i485 concurrent?

@Vidur singh so at first I filed my i140 in Jan 2025 and I did the premium processing so I got it approved within weeks. the lawyer made a mistake since at that time he thought the PD was current (and that's why we did premium processing so that we could immediately file i485 concurrently) but in reality at that time the priority date was about 4 months behind so it wasn't current, as a result we had to wait before filing the i485 which we did later in June 2025

@Moka S okay thanks! did you get an update via uscis status to say biometrics received after completing that ?

@Vidur singh no, I don't believe i did, I received my appointment letter to do biometrics in the mail but they didn't update the status, but after my biometrics the status went from something like "we've received your case" to "USCIS is actively reviewing yiur case"

@Moka S did you receive your physical card? How many days you wait from I-485 approval to card produced? I have my I-485 approve last Jan 6, 2026, so I want to understand when will the status change. thanks

@Edgar Alan David I received my card on Jan 8th, the card was produced on Jan 3rd, and my approval was on Dec 21st

@Moka S I just received an update today. it change from approval to card produced. it taked 10days for the process to complete. thanks for the feedback.
