Approved Finally 🥳
Finally approved! Wasn’t expecting it on a Saturday morning but so so happy! PD was June 13, 2023. I hope everyone from June gets good news and approvals in the next week :)
I’d love to know how long on average it took for NVC to receive the application? I’m asking because I’d like to submit a case expedite as my husband is being relocated to the US in 2 weeks by his employer. We currently both live in Canada together.
also- sideline, how do I update my timeline to show the I-130 has been approved? When I try to update it, it only lets me add a custom update instead of marking the I-130 approved. Meaning it still shows the I-130 is in progress if I were to add a custom timeline update. I’ve tried everything.

the approved update comes from when USCIS updates the case status which can take a few days. it will update itself :) @HG HG congratulations

Congrats!! I'm from June 14. I hope I get approved soon. Lucky you that u were with your husband all this time. It's hard to live far from my husband he comes here every 6 months and only for 1 week. Because of his job he can't stay longer
