it took forever. a service request after 60 days of rfe response that did nothing. an inquiry through our senator that might have been helpful. finally! so relieved.

row. rfe was for medicals only. i140 was submitted concurrently and approved within 1 week (premium processing). good luck to everyone! I have been lurking here and reading posts checking my status every day for a while.

how long from the transfer to nbc to being approved?

transferred March 21st. and yes status changed to case transferred it just didn’t have its own heading on lawfully. but it showed up!
