hey what was the reason for dew expedited I-485 and what documents did you submit to req the expedited decision? Thank you

no USCIS never mentioned an interview and they never asked for evidence for expedite. actually expedite never was approved still being reviewed

how do you expedite I-485?

I called and spoke with an agent and asked to expedite

when did you submit your medical ? and did you submit before interview ? how many days before ? if not how long it will take to get medical done? what they ask in interview for parents ?

I submitted i693 when USCIS sent rfe on 3/17/21. I did not have an interview and I saw the doctor on a Tuesday morning and picked up completed form on a Friday afternoon. mailed it the same day and was delivered on Saturday morning to Raleigh office

can I ask age of parent and nationality I have been trying to find a pattern for I-485 interview waivers of IR-5 category.

@ prince T so after my i130 was approved on 3/16/21 my medical was mailed out on the 17th. I completed it and returned it 4/2/21

parent is 43 y/o and Bahamian nationality. No interview

@ E W - What's the field office for your parents and their current I-485. Mine is Dallas with status as ready to be scheduled for interview

@outaway33 Orlando field office , I- 130 approved August 2020. I- 485 filed Sept 2020, Bio March 30, 2021, Ead and Ap received April 10, 2021. Courtsey letter for medical April 2, 2021, case status ready to schedule interview as of April 5, 2021

Congratulations. My question is, in your RFE i.693 notice letter, is it written that you should not mail at this time, that mailing on any of the reverenced above may delay your case?

my i693 letter told me in bold letters I have 30 days to return what was asked for with a copy of letter and the address to mail it to. all instructions are given in any RFE
