@child of grace I made a mistake on I-864.They asked me to redo it. I took time to submit it because I lost my job right away. Luckily, my sister gave us support. I submitted her Tax w2 etc.. Then we got approved

@child of grace I didn't submit i-130 because my case was based on k1 visa. K1 visa is a visa to bring your fiance in the USA then they give you 90 days to marry. Once you get married you submit i-485 to apply for green card.

@child of grace what I submitted for evidence were:marriage certificate, wedding pictures, copy of citizenship, copy of passport,2 passport pictures, travel information, boarding passes, hotels reservation, i-864, ring purchase receipt...
