My people!!! March 4th Texas sc here!!, yesterday my husband received an email notification for our 2nd AR, but guess what, today we looked at the documents tab and there was an approved pdf as well with yesterday’s date!! I can’t believe it!! God’s perfect timing 🤲🏼 thank you 🥲
I don’t know when the website is gonna be updated to approved status, but I’m very happy to have my pdf approval with me.

@Carolina C did your progress time say taking longer than expected for a while before it got approved? My progress is showing ‘it’s taking longer than expected’ now how many weeks or months did it take to get approved after this message?

@n h Same thing happened with me in October 2024 my progress time was 1 week but after one week my progress time was show taking longer than expected in November, December, 2024, then after that 5 months and now it is showing 4 months, till now no update has come, still I am waiting # pd 25jan 2024,AR1 31jan 2024, texas service centre cr1 visa, i-130.

@n h yes it did, once we received our first AR, the waiting time was 3 months, on jun 2024 changed for 2 weeks, on jul 2024 the average time disappeared and it only said ‘it’s taking longer than expected’, on December 2024 the timing appeared again with 10 months waiting, last month changed to 6 months, actually now that it’s approved already, we still have a message saying 3 months waiting 🤷🏻♀️
Based on my experience, I would recommend you to check https://www.casestatusext.com/forms/I-130/IOE-LB#google_vignette for timing reference and also it’s a good track tool if u did paper filing, also download discord app.
Don’t worry about my progress tab it’s not accurate.

btw they are working mostly on March 1st-6th cases right now, but also daily they are approving some from December to February as well, let’s keep the faith 🍀🤞🏼
