Approved! 😊🙈
On Sunday I’ve received 4 or 5 letters that they have taken an action, but didn’t see any changes on my account except the current step has changed from “attend interview” to “case decision”. Yesterday I’ve received another “action taken” and case status showed “approved” on my I485. After few hours I’ve got another message that they’ve taken an action and found an approval for I130.
Sooo happy! 😊

Rfe was about taxes. we didn’t attach tax file. 🙈
We sent medical exam with initial filing, like 50 pictures of our relationship, we had utility bills with both names on them, joint checking account’s statements, joint autoinsurance, we’ve filed taxes together as a family. So almost all our documents had both names on them.

@Renata M I did the same thing with my wife I also submits title with our names on it an I submitted mines in march 29,2024 an I only got EAD
