USCIS responded to my inquiry on June 2nd and my case got approved on the 29th so it might have helped.

Outside normal processing time. USCIS recently reduced the processing time down to 5 months for the Texas SC so I submitted an inquiry.

but the approval letter came from the Nebraska SC
