@ key4.RFE is for W2and tax stuffs. i had submitted everything at the beginning but they asked me again in RFE

@Asma. i didn’t get any updates for me i130 till it was scheduled for the interview

We provide all of the documents of proof for marrige from the beginning. but We re still waiting. ı really dont understand uscis. there is no justice between the cases.

@poppo ya it is not about u, about unjustice of uscis. Please dont misunderstand. ı m also citizen. ı sent documents to uscis on december 12. They received them after 10 days! can u believe that? i paid for fedex $98 at night and package was delivered 11:00 am morning from CA to Chicago. my husband is losing mental Health! Because He cant work. im calling uscis everyday. today ı made a request but ı didnt receive any email. probably she put email adress wrongly! They dont care us!

@Bebik tr, I put in a request to have my EAD expedited on May 19 and it was the 6th of June that they email me… they tell people it’s based on how you send your application, I don’t believe that. they say that once you are applying as a citizen for a spouse or under age child that their is no limit on the visa… so what could be the issue?? what’s taking so long???
