approval processing time
Uscis used to show me processing time until decision is 9 months. I uploaded some documents even though they did not ask for. Now it’s showing that the processing time is 15 months. any idea why? thanks

processing goes up when you upload documents and after they check it goes back to normal

once u upload documents without them asking your processing time goes forward that will delay your case don’t do it again

I don’t think so. I asked ChatGPT as well . it gave me the same answer as @Svea 🌸 . if the documents are not relevant then that may delay. but in my case I uploaded some valid documents like we have a baby girl now and her CRBA certificate, some photos with our daughter and parcels receipts and joint bank statement.
