@RR Y Petitioned while working as a postdoc in remote sensing of precipitation. The RFE accepted my advanced degree but challenged the NIW prongs. Looking back, my original petition emphasized the importance of the endeavor more than my own measurable contributions and the RFE challenged that across all the NIW prongs. No premium processing; regular processing throughout, with a lot of faith in God’s process.
