I am citizen I applied i130 for my wife on sept 2024 who is I Bangladesh still showing on USCIS case received and Reciept notice sent no approval yet what’s going on
please if anyone else has same issue
any idea when will it approved and funny thing my progress no more shown

what can be done any idea I called I chated they said it’s within processing time but I see others people is getting approved whoever applied after us

am not sure if each country has specific waiting period. i am a US citizen and i applied i130 for my husband who is in India, and it took 14 months for us to get approved.
i applied on Aug 1, 2024 and approved Sept 2025

in India I think it’s faster approval my 2 friends got approved less than 9 months and got visa already
hopefully ours will be faster too even though it says unlimited approval and visa for US Citizen doesn’t mean anything now
