My i-130 been sitting at Potomac since 12/28/2020.

My I-130 from say's "we are actively reviewing your Form I-130" they got my form on May,16,21.

But is your petitioner a citizen? You need to request a case inquiry. I’m sorry, this process is so frustrating

I just received the approval from USCIS, I still have the NVC process and after the interview

What I sent: Form I-129F Form G1145 Account acceptance notice Birth certificate of the petitioner Marriage certificate and the translation Passport of the petitioner Do not send anything original, only copies.

Alan L I don’t know the exactly PD but they are from May 2021… And I submit the K3 01/18/2022 :)

Of course! 15 days later I received my approval, so please submit it asap!

do it Alan :) mine is on the way to USCIS now from Ireland via courier. you will have most of the documents on hand from your 130 application so IRS easy

Yes, we sent with the I-130 form.

No. I wrote above the documents I sent, only the petitioner documents.

we should file with the k3 documents about the petitioner?? its not mentioned in the uscis website they only said the account acceptance notice papers

Honestly I only followed advice from people who did the same and it worked
