A visa for a different country has nothing to do with AP. A visa for a different country depends on what passport you have! Which country do you have citizenship? You cannot enter Canada or Europe just because you have advance parole.

I did Europe . it’s very easy . get an appointment with VFS and file with required documents. Canada I did they rejected 🙃

I applied for Netherlands because I had visa from them many years back . documents list you will get once you get the appointment
