similar in the sense, mine was approved last Tuesday..but I know a friend of mine who’s AOS was approved today!

agreed, but it actually great news! I got medical rfe on 8/19, paper received rfe arrived on 8/28. USCIS got my response on 9/1, approval by 9/14. they have become very efficient recently

@Arun which one was your FO? mine has timelines at Tucson FO ; medical rfe reply recieved on 09/1 .. still waiting for approval

@MA either you an RFE from field office or you can check from. EMma live agent about has the case shifted to fo or still with the NBC
